Please note that if travelling with Ryanair they do NOT accept group passports.

Please be aware especially at peak times that ferry crossings, flight times and, as a result departure times from school are dictated to us. As a consequence all groups must be available to depart at ANY time on all departure days including Fridays.  

Air groups MUST give full names list at time of confirming their booking, name changes are subject to the charges levied by the chosen carrier. All prices in this supplement are guaranteed against currency surcharge so long as groups pay the full price listed in this price supplement AND make all payments by the deadline dates outlined in their provisional booking information. All prices are guaranteed against the first 2% [of the price you pay] increase for whatever reason.

Optional Extras & Upgrades

Additional Ski Lessons

• Upgrade to 4 Hours per day for £40 p.p. or 5 Hours per day for £60 p.p.

Snow Boarding

• Upgrade to snow boarding [2 hrs lessons per day] for £40 Upgrade from 2 hours to 4 hours boarding lessons per day for a further £50 per boarder [boarding maximum teaching ratios are 1:8 with most ski schools as opposed to 1:12 for skiers, therefore lessons are 50% dearer sorry!] Snowboarding prices are based on full groups of 8 boarders for lessons. A sliding under-occupancy scale applies for snowboard lesson groups of less than the full 8 boarders.

Helmet Hire Hire

• Helmets for just £20 per helmet per week.

Club Hotel All Inclusive Packages

• Uniquely, for groups who choose our Club Hotels there is the option to take our All Inclusive Schools Package which includes 4 hours lessons per day [for skiers], afternoon tea, soft drinks with meals for pupils and complimentary beer and wine for staff as well as 2 normally 'pay for' evening events All this for an extra £50 per person.

Regional Flight Supplements

• Where available all groups may choose a regional flight departure for £25 per person.

Enhanced Free Place Ratio

• Need more staff for better supervision? Coach groups can choose a 1:7 Free Place Ratio for just £15 per person and air groups can upgrade to 1:8 for only £20 per person [minimum group size of 30 full paying members applies]

EuroTunnel Crossings

• Why not upgrade to a tunnel crossing for just £12 per person.

Small Parties

Coach prices are based on forty full paying passengers on a single decker coach or 60 full paying on a double decker coach with a 1:8 free place ratio.

TJM welcome parties of all sizes – we will attempt to match parties of less than 40 full paying members. Should this not be possible or should the combined total of 2 matched parties be less than 40, the following supplements may be applied. Please note that groups of at least 24 full paying passengers will be picked up from and returned to their school (on mainland UK). Smaller groups may be asked to meet at a pick-up point along the coach's route.
